Skid-mounted plants
The Baioni portable crushing and screening plants of the UR range can be loaded on and unloaded off a lorry. They are mounted on skid and equipped with jaw crushers or impact crushers designed for the crushing of any type of material, even if particularly hard and abrasive. Any crushed material can then be screened by a UV screening unit to be fitted downstream.

The latter are required in the sector of recycling materials from construction and demolition, from excavations, from asphalt milling that require limited investments and limited space for maneuver.
The semi-fixed solution such as that of the demountable crushing and screening units is suitable for small to medium-sized activities, especially required for ease of use, for the extreme compactness and agility of transport.
