Description

The BaiTrack 100/60BI mobile primary crushing unit is the most compact mobile plant of Baioni range, and makes it possible to create any crushing line for both natural and demolition materials ensuring maximum yield with minimum maintenance costs. The BaiTrack BP 100/60BI unit makes the most of the crushing capacity of the BP jaw crusher, in the 100/60BI version, for a production ranging from 71 to 180 T/h. During design, particular attention was paid to facilitating operation and maintenance procedures and to simplifying the process of preparation for transport. The design of the BP 100/60BI jaw crusher capable of processing any type of material: soft rocks such as limestone but also hard, medium hard and
abrasive, recycling materials. The robust design and the type of construction of the fully welded crusher increases its durability and resistance against shock loads and allows it to work for a long time. High productivity and high particle size reduction.

The BaiTrack BP 100/60BI mobile series is a high-performance track-mounted jaw crusher perfect for company’s operating in the mining, primary crushing and recycling sectors.
The series includes the BP 100/60BI crusher with adjustment of the opening of the jaws by means of the hydraulic control unit managed by PLC.

Control panel: PLC logic with touch screen for all users, it allows the setting of the machine, the opening and control of the jaws in case of non-crushable materials. Easy and intuitive use, quick diagnosis in case of failure.

Waste conveyor is placed on one side, it removes the material not intended for production. Could be placed both on the right and on the left side, as needed. Manual rotation with fifth wheel for final stockpile. Together with the conveyor, under the feeder, is a discharge chute to direct waste material to the same conveyor.

The new Baioni Baitrack BP Advanced mobile jaw crusher is totally electric, equipped with an electric drive via inverter also dedicated to the movement of the tracks.

The result of an assisted design with 3D drawing to ensure the exact sizing for the structures without any superfluous weight, to make the unit maneuverable and safe for transport, as well as for production.
