Description

The BS series secondary jaw crushers are robust and heavy machines, suitable for secondary crushing of hard and abrasive aggregate materials, though hard and abrasive. They consist of a casing made of extra-thick electrowelded steel plates, an oversized mobile jaw-holder, eccentric shaft in steel alloy, heavy-duty multi-direction radial ball bearings.

The BS series includes a full range of models designed both for static and for mobile applications.

When the material being fed is compact and durable, the BS crushers are capable of ensuring a high level of production and reduction ratio.
The crushing chamber is made of wear-resistant steel side armors, a fixed jaw and a mobile jaw which are interchangeable and in manganese steel. the cushions of the protection plate can be easily replaced.
