The VO series dewatering screens are machines used to dry sandy or very fine material, and mainly installed on sand recovery units with hydrocyclone (GRF). Its main function is to separate most of the water present in the flow of material coming from the washing, from the thin material (such as sand), in order to recover part of the material that would have been lost and recover it for use in the processing.
The material is separated from the water thanks to the vibrating movement. Therefore, intertwined materials and water will not meet again, and will be involved to reach other processing steps.
The screen is made up of a steel casing that rests on springs and on which a vibrator holder crossbar is mounted.
