The dust suppression systems are divided into two systems:
WET SYSTEM – NEBULIZATION SYSTEMS
The humidity of the water and the compressed air are added directly to the material to prevent the dust from becoming flying. Flying dust particles are captured by sprays (nozzles) when loading materials. Water sprays are used to suppress flying dust.
DRY SYSTEM – ASPIRATION SYSTEMS
It consists of a suction unit and filters and tubes tailored to ensure high speed in the transport of materials and high wear resistance. It is a mechanical solution through which the dust is collected and filtered. It allows to achieve excellent results guaranteeing a total elimination of dust.
