The BP series primary jaw crushers were originally engineered and manufactured to meet the needs of any type of quarry, in terms of size and type of the material to be processed and capacity.
The BS series secondary jaw crushers are robust and heavy machines, suitable for secondary crushing of hard and abrasive aggregate materials, though hard and abrasive. They consist of a casing made of extra-thick electrowelded steel plates.
Baioni FCS series cone crushers are designed and built for secondary crushing of hard and abrasive rocks, increasing high levels of production while reducing the operating and maintenance costs. Designed for crushing hard and abrasive rocks.
Designed to handle big feed sizes and high capacity crushing, Baioni MIP impact crusher is suitable for primary processing of limestone materials, or materials of medium hardness, even very compact, able to ensure high performance and excellent cubicity of the crushed product. MIP crusher is capable of replacing the jaw crushers when the material being fed is not particularly hard and abrasive
Designed to handle big feed sizes and high capacity crushing, Baioni MIS secondary impact hammer crushers process a high tonnage of material, provide excellent control over particle shape and size and accept nearly any kind of material.
Baioni MIL impact hammer crushers are designed for secondary or tertiary crushing of limestone materials, even with a compact consistency, of alluvial or quarry nature. The crushing operation is achieved through the impact of the masses at high speed.
Machine designed and built for the primary crushing of natural rocks or C&D material of medium size, which can guarantee a high reduction ratio and an excellent cubicity of crushed material.

MIG series hammer mill with grid bars is a robust and reliable piece of equipment suited for the third crushing stage of non-abrasive aggregates especially limestone, capable of producing calibrated sand. Equipped with a flange-type rotor, with free hammers in manganese steel, internal armours made of manganese steel plates and anti-wear grid.
Baioni BV Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI) series are used in many secondary, tertiary and quaternary crushing stages. They allow high yields while maintaining a high degree of cubicity and granulometry with low maintenance costs over time.
