The SP series are designed to remove the clay fraction or other polluting materials that are difficult to dilute and remove by other methods by mixing the inert material with intersecting blades in opposite rotation.
The removal process is carried out by mixing the inert material with intersecting paddle blades in opposite rotation, mounted on two synchronized shafts inside the tank. These paddle blades subject the material to intensive friction and abrasion, they are able to disintegrate and dissolve all the impurities in the washing water.
A water shower system feds the washing water into the tank creating a flow having an opposite direction to the motion of the material: the water discharges with some contaminants through specific weir plates in the discharge end of the machine.
