The vibrating grizzly feeders of the WSP series are very robust pre-screening machines, usually used both in primary crushing units and in processes intended for environmental treatments.
The particular sturdiness and the selection bars which are mounted on the upper surface, make the machine suitable for installation on primary feeding units. Just to be organized on two parts, it is able to receive and process large material.
WSP screens have an the eccentric shaft which is connected to the main frame by means of two bearings and supports, generating constant and continuous oscillations, driven by electric motor through pulleys and belts. The vibrating casing is connected to the fixed frame by means of the drive unit and helical springs which support its weight. The fixed frame is equipped with special rubber pads which have the specific function of completely isolating the vibrating machine from the supporting structures.
