The combined vibration feeders for aggregates of the AVC series are mainly used to feed any primary crusher, subjected to the processing of large-sized materials, or mixed with consistent percentages of fine parts: the ideal use is for dry materials or materials with a low percentage of humidity. However, These feeders are also used in environmental treatments, especially in the case of soil washing systems; they are perfect for treating dirty and highly impacting material.
The support of the vibrating casing is made of helical springs. The oscillations are given by a vibrating unit place underneath the casing and may be regulated.
AVC feeder mainly consists of a rectangular steel casing whose bottom – for about half of its length – is sealed by a heavy section wear plates, while the remaining part is formed by grid bars for anti-clogging and pre-screening. The top screen deck is provided with a series of bars allowing to select the material by removing the soil and the fines which may otherwise overfeed the next machine.
