The BaiPod Trailer system is a real mobile sludge dewatering unit with horizontal centrifugal extractor that can be connected to a tractor where immediate solid-liquid separation is required.
Its unique design and compact construction concept, the BaiPod is easily transportable and is particularly suitable to meet season demand, cover during maintenance or as part of a disaster recovery program following a major breakdown, with a competitive rental cost.
The heart of the BaiPod Trailer is represented by the BaiDec high-performance decanter centrifuge equipped with all the components necessary to guarantee immediate and full-capacity operation such as the polyelectrolyte preparation station, the control panel equipped with PLC logic with fully automated operation, the sludge feed pump, polyelectrolyte dosing pump, flow meters, screw conveyor, internal lighting system, external doors for hydraulic and electrical connections. The entire plant is made available in a standard 40 ‘container for the complete benefit of customers, developed with a particular focus on energy efficiency and manageability.
