The AW series vibrating feeders are used for secondary and, in some cases primary feeding of gravelly alluvial or pre-crushed material.
They consist of a fixed frame and mobile carriage, lined with bolted armours, connected to the fixed frame by means of four connecting rods equipped with anti-vibration rubber buffers. The reciprocating movement of the carriage is given by the movement of a rod driven by an eccentric shaft which causes the material to advance constantly.
The continuous feeding and the capacity, that can be regulated by adjusting the exhaust valve or by by varying the motor speed, allow the downstream machine to work steadily.
