The UniTrack crushing and screening plant is a complete, mobile plant equipped with a hopper that allows loading to be carried out by small construction vehicles. This makes it the perfect choice for road construction sites, where it can supply crushed aggregates ideal for use as road foundations or fill material.
The unit was designed for all types of primary and secondary processing of materials, including hard and abrasive materials, in order to meet the various needs of the quarrying, mining and recycling sectors.
The unit can be activated and operated from a distance using a remote control permitting work to be carried out in tight spaces such as small quarries and construction sites. The on-board electrical generator supplies energy to all parts and to the tracks (via an inverter). The components were specifically chosen to operate under adverse weather conditions (temperatures as low as -30° C). The onboard primary crusher is a jaw crusher mod. BP, while the secondary crushing stage is performed by a cone crusher mod. FCS or a S series impact crusher.
