The reliable and robust Baioni feeders transport and control the flow of the material to one stage to another within a processing part. The feeders range we propose for the environmental treatments section is composed of:
- Apron feeders – AP
- Reciprocating feeders – AVC
These models are more adequate for the type of material to be treated in environmental treatments – liquid, in the case of soil washing system – or extremely fine in the case of treatments aimed at marine/river sediments. Thanks to these two feeders it is possible to have a continuous and non-vibrating feeding that is perfect for the different materials processed in environmental treatments.
- THE MATERIAL IS LOADED ONTO THE HOPPER WHICH IN ITS TIME POURS THE MATERIAL ON THE FEEDER
- THE MACHINES INTERFACE, THE POWER TO THE CRUSHER IS REGULATED BY THE VIBRATING OR PLATE FEEDER AND MAY VARY ACCORDING TO THE SIGNAL SUPPLIED BY THE NEXT SECONDARY CRUSHER
- FEEDING CAN BE ADJUSTED ACCORDING TO THE QUANTITY YOU WANT TO PRODUCE
